Over the last 15 years, Ikos Resort’s guiding principle has been to cater and care for its guests as they do their own families. Today, more than ever, this core value guides us as we navigate the difficult challenge the coronavirus (COVID-19) presents us with, in order to best protect our customers and Resort Staff during this time.

Ikos Holidays in conjunction with Ikos Resorts are fully committed to offering safe holidays to our guests and in accordance with the New Greek Government measure, that all seasonal hotel openings will be postponed to July 1st 2020 in order to combat the spread of the virus, Ikos Resorts is taking all responsible necessary actions prescribed. The exception to this is Ikos Andalusia which will now open on 1st September 2020.

We understand that the delayed opening of Ikos Resorts may cause disappointment for those due that were due to travel to in April, May and June and we invite you to arrange your new travel dates by contacting our Reservations Team: myholiday@ikosholidays.co.uk or your Personal Travel Advisor who made your booking.

For those guests that have booked with us for travel 01 April – 30TH June 2020 a Refund Credit Note is being provided* to the value of your booking and for use against bookings until October 2021. For any vouchers not redeemed by 31 March 2021, the original amount paid may be applied to be returned in full within 8 days of this date if not previously refunded in line with the Terms & Conditions of the Refund Credit Note. Our base prices ( excluding ad hoc offers ) for 2021 will not see any changes from 2020 until further notice, giving you more time to plan your new trip, please contact: myholiday@ikosholidays.co.uk
